Returns

Any item purchased from any iZone retail location or on-line at www.uv3store.com may be returned for exchange or refund in like tender for any reason within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

After 30 days an item purchased from any iZone retail location can be returned for exchange providing the product is in resalable condition or is damaged as a result of an original defect in the product. iDrive brand sunglasses has one year limited warranty.

iZone at its option, may provide a customer with a similar item of equal or greater value.

Third Party brands may be returned with a receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days the original manufacturer’s warranty will apply.

Items may be returned through the mail to:
iZone Group Customer Service, 24 Link Drive, Rockleigh, NJ 07647.

Returns through the mail must include a check or money order in the amount of $8.00 payable to the order of “UV Sales, Inc.” for shipping and handling.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping products back for exchanges.
